None of the competitors that I interviewed with could offer such a broad range of auto industry exposure. Plus, with FCA being a smaller company (than other automotive companies), each engineer has more responsibility and the opportunity to grow and learn through hands-on work.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The most exciting project that I\u2019ve worked on so far was on powertrain calibration for the Hellcat and other SRT products. My group went to Colorado so we could test the vehicles in high-altitude conditions, observe performance and make changes.
