The Digital Analytics Lead works independently or in conjunction with other team members in the planning and execution of reporting and analysis across Stellantis’ US Brand Tier 1 and Dealer Digital program comprised of dealership websites, digital advertising, shopping tools, lead generation and lead follow-up. The Digital Analytics Lead manages all aspects of analysis, ensuring that measurement plans align with strategic requirements while delivering key insights and recommendations to create a holistic view of performance and optimization opportunities. The Digital Analytics Lead helps the team move from the “what” of reporting to the “why” of performance through the combination of deeper analysis, A/B testing and the utilization of experience optimization tools.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience working in support of dealer digital programs with emphasis on website analytics, lead management, and digital media
- A strong understanding of Adobe Analytics/Target, Google Analytics or a similar website analytics / testing platform
- Strong quantitative experience, especially in test and learn approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Presto or Hive and data mining using statistical analysis software
- Prior website analytics experience
