North America Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Council
We are committed to building a more diverse and inclusive workspace, fostering a culture of belonging, and celebrating diversity while demanding respect for everyone. That commitment starts at the very top with our executive leadership team and is included in the mission statement of our regional D&I Council:
The North America Diversity & Inclusion Council exists to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to change by leading and advancing diversity, inclusion and engagement in all areas of our business. We will hold ourselves and others accountable with decisive action, in support of a strategy that promotes inclusive growth and delivers value for ALL employees with key focus areas of gender equality, disability inclusion, LGBTQ+ and military veteran support.
Our Business Resource Groups
Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that enable networking, personal and professional growth and development, mentoring, cultural awareness, and community engagement.
BRG membership, as well as participation in events and activities, is open to everyone in the Stellantis family. As we like to say, “You don’t have to BE to Belong” – everyone is welcome. In fact, it’s common for employees to belong to and participate in activities with one or more BRGs, both within their respective regions as well as globally. BRGs help to foster inclusivity, a sense of belonging, allyship, and outcomes that positively drive and impact business results – all while making Stellantis a great place to work for all employees.
