Formação/ Experiência
– Graduação completa em Comunicação Social (Publicidade e Propaganda, Jornalismo ou Relações Públicas), Marketing e áreas afins.
– Experiências anteriores em Wellbeing / Promoção da Saúde: no mínimo 3 anos.
– Informática (pacote Office completo / G-Suite / experiência com sistemas).
– Inglês, no mínimo, em nível intermediário.
Desejável:
– Pós-Graduação em áreas de Comunicação Social, Marketing, Promoção da Saúde, Wellbeing e áreas
afins.
– Experiência em Marketing de Saúde
– Espanhol, no mínimo, em nível básico.
Descrição das Atividades:
Atuar com atividades de Comunicação Estratégica, Gestão da Mudança, Engajamento e Transformação cultural focadas em temáticas de Wellbeing, com projetos e programas diversos de Promoção do Bem-Estar para beneficiários de empresas clientes no Brasil, Argentina, Chile e Venezuela. Planejar e operacionalizar campanhas, indicadores e ações voltadas para o bem-estar físico, mental, financeiro, profissional, social, promoção da saúde, dentre outros, conduzir e prospectar parcerias com fornecedores e stakeholders diversos, além de monitorar a evolução, conduzir pesquisas e desenvolver a melhoria contínua para a construção de um ambiente de trabalho saudável, psicologicamente seguro, feliz e motivador.
