Responsibilities:
- Lead the Warranty Intelligence Room (WIR) team in daily activities
- Oversee all open WIR projects and drive team toward $300M+ annual warranty savings target
- Strive for continuous improvement of existing WIR process, tracking, and project identification
- Act as liaison between Quality, Service, Engineering, and Suppliers to drive implementation of WIR proposals
- Present WIR team metrics to senior leadership as requested
- Lead, support, and facilitate North America Warranty Spend and CpV improvement initiatives
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional, cross-regional WIR/CPV Task Force Governance and Process
- Prepare and present material for biweekly WIR/CPV Task Force meetings
- Prepare material for monthly Warranty, Quality, and Finance meetings
- Lead identification of Warranty Spend Improvement Opportunities
- Project manage top issues/opportunities via WIR Tracker and 2-page summary
- Lead regularly scheduled meetings with Core WIR stakeholders to facilitate opportunities to drive spend improvements
- Motivate cross functional team to act on identified opportunities
- Lead work tasks according to department needs
- Complete employee training and development
- Sustain and continuously improve all current analytics tools and change/develop tools as organizational
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology or related Engineering field from an accredited university
- Working experience with Stellantis Quality suite warranty analytics and tools (WIS, SLICE, Warranty Spend, Quantic, GIMs, MAP, etc.)
- Project management skills
- Organized and goal oriented
- Experience with data analytics
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Desire for continuous learning and improvement
