ÁRVORE DA VIDA
Árvore da Vida is a community development program for residents of Betim, Minas Gerais, with activities for children, adults, families and schools. The program offers social and cultural activities, promotes community improvement initiatives, and stimulates the generation of jobs and income. Since 2004, more than 21,000 residents have benefited from program – which was chosen as one of the 50 best practices in Brazil for our contribution to the United Nations Global Goals for Sustainable Development program (2012).

ROTA DO SABER
The Rota do Saber program supports quality improvements for elementary education in select cities in the states of Pernambuco (Goiana, Igarassu, Paulista and Itambé), Paraiba (Alhandra and Caaporã) and Minas Gerais. The focus of the project is on the qualification of educators and managers, which has been identified as a top priority for the education network. About 2,000 teachers will be trained in the next three years. Meanwhile, more than 30,000 students go through an assessment every six month to measure proficiency in subjects such as Portuguese and mathematics. Results guide the training of teachers and the priorities for the development of teaching in the region.

Prepares the leadership for a process of transformation to a more customer-centric and digital mindset-based culture and to guarantee the integration, engagement and collaborative management in FCA.

FCA LATAM ACADEMY
Focused on the knowledge sharing and business strategic competences, FCA LATAM Academy offers employees training relevant subjects using a methodology that combines theory and practice in short term modules.

BUSINESS LEARNING & LEARNING EXPERIENCE
This program is designed for employees with the potential to take leadership positions in FCA. Activities include a formation path in different company sectors, along with associated training and opportunities to apply new knowledge in the solution of real business challenges.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS
FCA Latin American offers a program to include at-risk teenagers in the labor market. In addition to reaffirming collective principles present in a large company, the participation in the program is dependent on good grades in the classroom.
We are also committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities and work to promote the adequacy of physical structures and jobs, as well as the need for leaders and employees to enable the active participation of these professionals in all levels and activities of the organization.
