MARIA QUINTERO: For anybody trying to find a job in the auto industry, it's something that I recommend highly. The main benefit I see is just how fast-paced it is.

DIEGO QUINTERO: I decided to join FCA because I felt comfortable with the company. I got meaningful projects to work on. I felt like an actual engineer, working on real issues and real projects. And I felt like I'd made an impact to the company.

SAMANTHA MONTESINOS: I feel like we're really good in that work life balance aspect, which was really important to me. So there's a lot of facilities within the building, the Starbucks, Subway, we have Dunkin' Donuts, a place to cut your hair that make it really enjoyable place to be at every day.

JONATHAN KING: One of the things I do love about FCA is that they allow you to switch different groups or different projects, if you have a desire to do so and if there is a business need for it. You just have to communicate that to your management and to human resources. And they will definitely help you facilitate that move.

ELLEN CLASSEN: You know, one of the things that I really like about Michigan is that each of the individual towns has its own unique feel. I really like going to all the different festivals and experiencing all the different little downtowns and their unique personalities.

JONATHAN KING: I really love the passion that Michiganders have for their state and that the residents in Detroit have for their city. They're very proud of the city. And they're very proud of their sports teams.

OSVALDO FERNANDEZ: There's something for car guys out here you can't really find everywhere else. Every weekend, there's either a drag race, or there's some sort of classic car show. In August, we have the Woodward Dream Cruise.

JONATHAN KING: FCA has a large global reach. So I'm working on a Maserati® project, so I've had to travel to Europe several times to meet with the engineers and personnel for Maserati®. Because it's a global company, you have to make sure your projects work just as well in other countries as they do in America.

MAGIN PEREZ: I wanted to be in a field where I could influence the energy industry and renewable energy. And that's something we're working on with electric cars, where we're obviously going in that direction.

ELLEN CLASSEN: I get to work with some of our advanced concepts groups, developing some really neat technology that have a lot of potential to make vehicles much more sustainable.

JOHNATHAN KING: Here at FCA, they promote volunteering and giving back to the community. They give you time away from work to go volunteer on different projects that you have a passion or desire for.

OSVALDO FERNANDEZ: I was part of one project, boarding up houses in the metro Detroit area. We actually had people come up to us and offer us water, and thank us for helping them out

DIEGO QUINTERO: Michigan has given me a lot of first time opportunities.

MARIA QUINTERO: One of the things I always tell people when they're about to graduate college is to take the risk. Because they're young, and those kind of opportunities may not come later on in life.

SAMANTHA MONTESINO: Yeah, when I moved here, I said I was going to be here for five years and then go back to Texas. And I'm three years in, and I don't see myself coming back. So it grows on you.
