This site offers modern office spaces, along with a high-quality presence for customers and visitors. As the exclusive flagship store, it features 1700 m² of space across two showrooms for the latest models of FCA brands Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional and Jeep. The service area also includes its own workshop for customer vehicles, which can be viewed via large glass walls.

This program for new graduates offers a tailor-made trainee path in different departments to provide up to two years of early work experience. As a trainee, you will have the chance to gain a comprehensive understanding of your respective area and acquire specialized professional knowledge.

This is a three-year dual program for school graduates.
FCA Motor Village Germany GmbH offers two different apprenticeships:
- Automotive salesperson
- Mechanic
The special feature of these apprenticeships is the combination of theoretical training at vocational school and practical training in the company.
After passing the training, you will receive an official, internationally recognized certificate from the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Fleet & Business Sales – Manager Fleet Operations
I joined FCA in 2014, motivated by a passion for the broad brand and product portfolio and the potential of the Company. When I started my journey in FCA Germany, firstly I have worked as a Sales Planner for the Jeep brand. Now, all mass-market brands are equally important to me since I am selling all available passenger car products as well as the light commercial vehicle products to corporate customers including rental car companies.
I have always been ready for new challenges and I have been continuously facing new exciting ones at FCA. When I started my path here, I switched my career from Finance to Sales and I was challenged with various new topics as well as a new working environment. FCA provided me the great opportunity to obtain a MBA degree at the EMEA Headquarters in Turin while I was keeping my full time position in Germany. In the meanwhile, I have also accepted the opportunity to be manager of the Fleet operations team in Germany.
Ich stieß 2014 zu FCA, motiviert durch meine Leidenschaft für das breite Marken- und Produktportfolio und das Potenzial des Unternehmens. Als ich meine Reise bei FCA Deutschland begann, habe ich zunächst als Vertriebsplaner für die Marke Jeep gearbeitet. Heute sind mir alle Marken des Massenmarktes gleich wichtig, da ich alle verfügbaren PKW-Produkte sowie leichte Nutzfahrzeug-Produkte an Firmenkunden
einschließlich Mietwagenfirmen verkaufe.
Ich bin immer bereit für neue Herausforderungen und ich habe mich ständig mit neuen, spannenden Themen bei FCA auseinandergesetzt. Als ich meine Laufbahn hier begann, wechselte ich von Finance zum Vertrieb und wurde mit verschiedenen neuen Themen und einem neuen Arbeitsumfeld herausgefordert. FCA bot mir die großartige Gelegenheit, am EMEA Hauptsitz in Turin einen MBA-Abschluss zu erwerben und gleichzeitig meine Vollzeitstelle in Deutschland zu behalten. Mittlerweile habe ich auch die mir gebotene Chance wahrgenommen, Leiter des Fuhrparkteams in Deutschland zu werden.
GIUSEPPE GRITTANI
Car Mechatronics TechnicianKFZ-Mechatroniker
I am a car mechatronics technician in the Rhine-Main area of FCA Motor Village. My tasks at FCA Motor Village include the maintenance and servicing of vehicles. Furthermore, I do service acceptance and customer service which is also very exciting as you get constantly in touch with customer.
I chose FCA Motor Village as my employer because I was very interested in the brands and technologies. Additionally, I was convinced by the excellent working atmosphere and the Italian culture. At FCA Motor Village, I started as an apprentice. The apprenticeship offers a perfect hybrid between theory and practice. After I have finished my 3-year apprenticeship, I was promoted to a 12-month trainee position. However, after 2 months I received an offer for a permanent position. Meanwhile I have been happy in this company for over 5 years. Due to my excellent results in my final exams of the apprenticeship, I received a scholarship for the car mechatronic master’s.
Ich bin KFZ-Mechatroniker im Rhein-Main-Gebiet von FCA Motor Village. Zu meinen Aufgaben bei FCA Motor Village gehört die Wartung und Instandhaltung von Fahrzeugen. Außerdem kümmere ich mich um die Serviceannahme und den Kundenservice, was auch sehr spannend ist, da man ständig mit dem Kunden in Kontakt kommt.
Ich habe mich für FCA Motor Village als meinen Arbeitgeber entschieden, weil ich sehr an den Marken und an den Technologien interessiert war. Außerdem hat mich das hervorragende Arbeitsklima und die italienische Kultur überzeugt. Ich begann als Lehrling bei FCA Motor Village. Die Ausbildung bietet eine perfekte Mischung aus Theorie und Praxis. Nach Abschluss meiner 3-jährigen Ausbildung wurde ich in eine 12-monatige Trainee-Stelle befördert. Allerdings erhielt ich schon nach 2 Monaten ein Angebot für eine Festanstellung. Inzwischen bin ich seit über 5 Jahren glücklich in diesem Unternehmen. Aufgrund meiner hervorragenden Ergebnisse in der Abschlussprüfung der Lehre erhielt ich ein Stipendium für den Meisterbrief KFZ-Mechatronik.
